Smilax Global offers 1 year product warranty on most of the products. Within the warranty period, if the product is malfunction or if there is an error occurs not because of the user, we will fully repair and replace the product for the customer without charging any fees. If an error caused by user’s fault then Smilax Global will repair and replace the product at a cost.
Smilax Global provides FREE technical support from 1 month to 12 months depends on scopes of the projects. Otherwise, there is a fee per incident after warranty period.

Our experienced team of trainers will deliver our unique training services either at our company site or at your own site.
We train your staff to ensure we deliver the most effective training possible. During training period, we will work with your staff to build high confidence level in using the live system. Experience shows this delivers the best possible results.
Training on how to use Smilax Global’s products and built-in software will be 1 time. You will only need to pay travelling expenses for additional visits.
